Callahan & Freeman Architects Achieve LEED "Green Building" Accreditation
Frank Callahan and Chuck Freeman each received LEED AP designations from the U.S. Green Building Council. This distinguishes both designers with the knowledge and skills to successfully steward the LEED certification process.
LEED AP stands for "Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Accredited Professional." Based on experience and test scores, it is the highest accreditation awarded design and building professionals as members of the U.S. Green Building Council.
This assures clients that they can receive environmental qualifications and benefits they may want for their building project by working with the owners of Callahan & Freeman Architects.
LEED emphasizes five areas for "green building" accomplishments: sustainable site development; water savings; energy efficiency; materials and resources selection; indoor environmental quality.
