Business
Commercial buildings of all applications have been Speed Fab-Crete's forte in its 50-year construction industry history.
Office buildings, multi-floor hotels, distribution plants, retail stores, and automobile dealerships are among the firm's accomplished design-build projects. Sixty-percent of Speed Fab-Crete's business is by repeat clientele!
In recent years, the company has built almost a half-million square feet of new automobile dealerships under the Chrysler, Jeep, Chevrolet, Honda, Nissan,
Lincoln-Mercury, Toyota, Land Rover,
Porsche
and Ford banners in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
In an age of corporate-owned dealership chains, consolidation, relocation,
multi-brand expansion and remodeling, the trend by auto manufacturers is to choose CONCRETE over metal buildings.
Dealership owners are recognizing the long-term benefits of superior quality concrete buildings over short-term metal and increasingly expensive wood structures.
Design-Build Mainstream
No longer an "alternative" project delivery system, Design-Build is NOW truly mainstream!
Major corporations, individual entrepreneurs, developers and investors have kept pace in a changing global commerce by using the design-build approach for delivery of building projects.
