SIX & Mango Opens New Retail Outlet in Grand Prairie, Texas
SIX & Mango Company, which specializes in sales, service and rental of construction equipment, opened a new retail outlet in 2008 in Grand Prairie, Texas. Speed Fab-Crete Design-Build General Contractors, using its precast concrete wall system, built the facility.
The 17,000-square-foot building contains an equipment showroom, a product display area, parts department, sales and administrative offices, service work bays and a mezzanine for pallet storage of products.

Premier Designs in Irving, Texas, is a direct service company of high-fashion jewelry. Speed Fab-Crete added 64,700-square feet to existing facilities. The project included inventory warehouse additions and a fitness center, with a regulation-size gymnasium, and a suspended indoor jogging track, for Premier Designs' 250 company employees.
