Marketing Associate

Speed Fab-Crete is a design/build general contractor and precast concrete manufacturer based in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a part-time hybrid role for a Marketing Associate. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for overseeing market planning, marketing management, market research, marketing, and sales. The role will be based in Kennedale, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. Occasional travel to construction sites and industrial locations will be required. Marketing Associate will also coordinate and plan exhibiting and 3-6 trades shows per year including, planning, logistics, set-up and staffing which occasionally requires travel.

Qualifications

  • Experience in market planning, marketing management, market research, marketing, and sales

  • Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field desired

  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
